But in my opinion you can make the rotation of the pistons without using the gauge. the angles should just about be respected.

Hi Friends, I am fixing my front brakes for the season and I am not sure of the correct rotation of the pistons. The German repair handbook I have shows the tool to use which is a simple plate but it does not give any dimension of this tool. Does any of you know the correct dimensions of this tool or do you have another method for setting the pistons correctly? Regards, Stig |

Hi NAZE2000, Thanks for the info. As the gauge is very easy to manufacture I can use this as easily as just doing it by feeling.
