Sujet du message:  More Bagheeras

Hi,
My wife now seriously starts to question my sanity :D
Today I made a deal on 2 more Bagheeras so now I am up to 5 in total. Not counting the spares from a dismantled one.
I will arrange for a photo session if I can get them to sit beside each other :D
Regards,

Stig

Or ... you can deal with this problem in another way.
For each new car landing in my ground, I allow my wife to adopt another animal.
This also means that when a cat find his way to our home by itself, I tell my wife that she is good for an additional car :D
Nars is having another similar deal with his wife.
Anyway, don't listen to Norbert : a wife is an handy thing. Just to help you to purge the brakes for instance. Or to push when the car broke down :D

It's funny to see that you could find them over there !

According to the swedish vehicle registration authority (Vägverkets Bilregister) there are 103 Bagheeras with swedish registration. Only nine of them have passed the vehicle inspection and are allowed to be on the roads.
The rest is silence. Or waiting for someone like Stig to find them and wake them up again.
So you can find them here, but many of them in a very bad shape. :-(
73 of the swedish Bags are from 1974 or 1975, the only years they were sold in Sweden.

My X i said to come from Germany, but I am not sure.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for your support :-D
I am very fortunate to have a wife who is a very competent driver. She even towed my Jaguar for quite a bit when the waterpump failed on the road.
Only problem is that she does not like to climb the ladder to get into the Bag and press the brakes when it is on the car hoist :( so bleeding the brakes calls for the friendly neighbour.
Lasse has been trying to compile information on Bagheeras in Sweden. Problem is that they have been registered under many different names.
The authority sells an adress list but it is almost cheaper to by the remaining Baghereras than to by the list so we will se if we can fund it somehow.
Very few people have ever heard of the Bagheera in Sweden and almost no one have actually seen one so it will be nice to add some more to the cars actually running.
Regards,

Stig

Hi to you all,
After a long time my girl-friend has accepted that I have to spent some evenings inside my garage to keep it all going. And meanwhile she even really likes to drive with me the bagheera.
Some facts from Germany :
Accordung to the german authority, the "Kraftfahrt Bundesamt" in Flensburg
there are regularly licensed only:
18 Bag 1 and 55 Bag 2
But I think (hope) there are a lot more of them sleeping anywhere in a garage.
regards

Thomas
