Hi Friends, I tried to read about remaking of parts for the Bagheera using Babelfish to translate but it is very difficult to understand. Could someone please summarize what you are doing and if there is any possibility to buy parts. Best regards, Stig |

Hi Stig, Since I'm asked to speak about it, here is what I can provide. New little things not available: - Some weathershield profiles 1) the rubber gasket for an opening roof 2) The rubber gasket on the door between the poliester panel and the glass 3) The rubber profile above the door glass surounding ( of course I don't remake them ) - Some moulded plastic parts 1) the conical alloy wheel center part ( unchromed. I'm still looking for a satisfactory solution to chrom on plastic) This for the Courreg or any serie 1 before the 1976 model ( only alloy wheel) 2) The same but flat for the later models 3) I could think about others upon demand 4) I'm currently developping a big mold to reproduce in polyester the steel profile for the little front bonnet. The mold is about done. It will have the second shape ( serie 2) but without the little opening to hold the shaft for the scissor cric. Since this is labour intensive, I'm only planning to produce them upon demand - Steel things 1) stupid little things : the steel plate in different thickness to set the suspension. These are laser cut 2) Not industrialised like Joe, I can produce a repair profile to go under the driver seat, only the side where it's always rusting away. No need to replace the complete part 3) I can also produce a corner to repair the rear bottom of the inner sill. Just before the place where the rear suspension is attached - Tools. That's an idea only for the moment To be able to tune the suspension, a special tool is to be made to replace the front damper with 2 fitting points ( high and low set). Since I had to do them for my usage, I can reproduce it |

I forgot. I also reproduced the lateral sticker specific to the Bagheera S Year model 1976 ( only ) To support the Bagheerathon, a cotisation is to be sent to Aiemac. You will receive access to - an additional section of the forum - a library web site that contains most of the articles ever published on Bagheeras + manuals ... - a status of the stock of parts we purchased + the possibility to get some at a discount price. - Massive price reduction at HB pieces That's all for the moment |
