My Bagheera is ready for the roads after 15 years of standstill!
The car broke down the summer of 1993. A radiator hose broke, the engine overheated and jammed. The owner jacked up the car, removed the engine, and a lot more ? and gave up.
The car was left for many years in a garage, where I found it two years ago. In May last year I got it home to my garage, including two and a half engines in pieces and numerous boxes of assorted bits and parts.
After hundreds of hours of work the car is ready for the roads. Today I took it for a first drive and it was wonderful ? the sound of the engine, the handling, the brakes, the ? feel of it all!
I need to adjust the clutch, and the gear lever linkage, then it´s ready for the MOT
Here it is:

Allways a pleasure to see nice examples :D
By the way, are the driving lights the originals for your market or is it a personal addition ?

Somebody showed me the model for the Serie 1 Bagheera, but I didn't knew the shape for the serie 2.

The lights that are on are the ordinary "projecteurs longue portee", standard to the series 2 Bagheera. On my car they are dipped to fog lights. In Sweden we must drive with lights on in daytime, and theese lights go on when I turn on the ignition.
For driving lights at night I use the pop up lights.

Maby you can notice the nozzles for the head light washers in the bumper in front of the head lights. When the head lights are on and you wash the windscreen, the lights also gets cleaned.

I'm a donkey ! I didn't meant to speak of the driving lights but about these nozzles :D Somewhat this part of my sentence staied in my fingers

This is specific to the scandinavian models. I had never seen the serie II ones. Much more neat than the first. Is the liquid tank still above the spare wheel ?

Head light cleaning was compulsory for all new cars in Sweden from 1974. Either high pressure spray or wipers. This also included imported cars. My car was imported from Germany 1987 . To get it registred it was equipped with a head light wash system.
When Sweden joined the EU in 1995 the requirements for head light cleaning was taken away.
In my car all that is left of the head light was is the nozzles in the bumpers. But, yes, the tank was above the spare wheel.

Yes, red is a nice colour. But it is not original. My car is a Bagheera X from 1980 and it was once bi-coloured. My ambition is to repaint it Rouge Impérial and Black metal with a silver line between the red and black.
