not plug and play and some work not easy

A 5 gearbox is not plug and play on the Bagheera engine. This requires significant adaptations, differents crankcases fixings, differents driveshafts, so even with the Solara engine, adapting the driveshafts a big job.

Hi, first, thank you all for input,very helpfull. I am a retierd car mecanic and I did work a lot with Simca in the begining. So, now I am looking for info on how to make a five speed gearbox fit in a Bagheera. Has it been done? Is there a private site like the one who put a wankel in a Mureena that can provide info? I can manage the jobb, the bits I can not, I have friends that do. So, please, give me as much info as possible!

Donc, maintenant je cherche des informations sur la façon de faire monter une boîte de vitesses à cinq vitesses dans une Bagheera. Cela a-t-il été fait? Existe-t-il un site privé comme celui qui déambule dans un Mureena qui peut fournir des informations? Je peux gérer le travail, les bits que je ne peux pas, j'ai des amis qui le font. Alors, donnez-moi autant d'informations que possible!
