Are the headlights and mechanicals from a series 2 Bagheera the same as the series 1 Bagheera?

maybe the series-2-system would also fit into a series-1. i've never tried so that i can neither say if it fits nor if it doesn't.

No Kris, it won't.
Look at the corners of the fiber panels : Nearly squared on serie 1, and much more round on serie 2. Enough to interfeer
This on top of a different fixation of the lever putting the lights in the high position

Even if they weren't already gone to the garbage bin, you forgot an important point. Bob is in Ireland ... Think about the postage cost.µ
Since I'm not far from a Ryanairport, it might be cheaper to take them on a plane rather than sending them... µ
µ
Bob, Did you already had a look to see if the body modifications where reversible. It might be that you have a good candidate front and that the headlamps could be lying there under ?

Hi Guys.
I checked under the lights and they're not there. There's nothing there at all. Totally empty. And the front and the side areas are so full of filler that if I was able to get the filler all off, it could look like anything under it. It could even have been damaged before. But I haven't tried to get the filler off yet so I don't know yet.
So I definitely need some Lights + boxes + mechanicals.
And to make life easier I would like to get the front section.
Getting it from France or wherever I can find them is the only way and if I want the parts, I'll have to do and pay whatever it takes to get them.
